Shipping and Returns

All Soft Disco pieces are handmade in Bali in small batches.

Shipping

For our first launch, production will begin once the launch period closes. This allows us to produce responsibly, avoid overproduction, and minimize waste. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your order to be handmade and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

As a small handmade brand, returns and exchanges may take a little longer to process. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at softdisco26@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn underwear.
