This website is operated by Soft Disco. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Soft Disco. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.
As our products are handmade, slight variations may occur between pieces. These variations are part of the unique nature of small-batch production and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and third-party payment providers.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.
Shipping
All Soft Disco pieces are handmade in Bali in small batches.
For our first launch, all orders are made to order. Production begins after the launch period closes, allowing us to produce responsibly and minimize waste.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Soft Disco is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
As a small handmade brand, returns and exchanges may take a little longer to process.
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on worn underwear.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Soft Disco and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Soft Disco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
